The Effect of Different Types of Feedback on Learning of Aerobic Gymnastics Elements

The aim of our study was to discover the effect different types feedback in teaching/learning difficulty elements aerobic gymnastics. designed as a one-group comparative interrupted time study. For this purpose, eight gymnasts competing national development category were selected (average age 9 ± 1.5 years; average sport 4 years). design included two intervention programs; each lasting 23 days by an 8-week break. In program 1, group practiced straddle jump using self-modeling followed verbal feedback, and 2 split expert modeling feedback. experimental three times week for period 30 min per usual training session (normally 90 min). results showed that execution both programs improved at 5% level significance. we noted significant improvement (p ≤ 0.05) subphase approach culmination. 2, culmination only.
